Regal Ceylon Tea

At Regal Ceylon Tea (RCT), our tea is sourced directly from certified organic (USDA and EU) tea gardens of Sri Lanka (Ceylon). Similar to fine wine regions, different regions within Sri Lanka create different tea with its own unique character. These tea varieties differ due to high tea growing altitudes, ranging from 1,000 to 8,000 feet above sea level, and micro-climatic conditions. Depending on the tea growing region, the temperature varies from warm to cool with seasonal rainfall. These are ideal conditions for growing tea. Beside the direct environmental factors contributing to great tea, our prized artisan, handpicked tea leaves and high quality standards contribute to great tasting Regal Ceylon Tea.Our tea tasters are continuously visiting organic and socially responsible tea gardens in search of perfect tea leaves so you can relax and enjoy the tasty goodness in every cup of Regal Ceylon Tea.Try our selection of Regal Ceylon Tea of exceptional taste and quality. Enjoy!

American Breakfast Tea (Organic Black Ceylon Tea Blend)

American Breakfast Tea….. I beg your pardon? Yes, contrary to popular belief that English Breakfast Tea originated from England, there are conflicting accounts of its true origin. We believe that the practice of blending and referring to “English Breakfast Tea” appears to have originated from America in 1863 and not England by an American merchant from New York, Richard Davies, who was a British immigrant.

In honor of Richard Davies, we proudly present to you the American Breakfast Tea. Our blend consists of high-grown flowery, whole leaf black tea from the central hills of Ceylon (Sri Lanka).
